Mr. Spitzen, the new inhabitant, is a freshman in the fraternity; although the size of his belly makes you think different. This wonderful but sour kid has made the Villa into a living hell for Mr. Reitsma, Van Leersum and Spelt. "If it wouldn't be for me to leave for Warsaw soon I would have drunk myself to death" according to Mr. Spelt, the youngest in the property before the arrival of the new K.J.

VILLA SOS ACQUIRES NEW K.J.
